Page Overview
- Access this page from:
Main Menu > Reporting > Overall KPIs > Inventory Health.
- The dashboard centers on a composite Health Score (0–100) calculated from four weighted components. The lower a sub-score, the more it pulls the composite down.
- Pair this dashboard with the Inventory category reports (Snapshot, Aging, Item Master & Catalog, Transaction Register) for full drill-down context.
- Refreshed daily.
Filters
- Warehouse — Pick one or more warehouses. Defaults to all the user has access to.
- Date Range — Defaults to a rolling window (typically Last 30 Days). Affects the trend card and component scoring window.
Points of Data
Composite Score
The headline KPI plus the per-warehouse composite.
- Overall Health Score (composite) — A single 0–100 score combining aging, stockout, turns, and data quality. Color-coded (green / yellow / red) for at-a-glance reading.
- Health Score — Current by Warehouse — The same composite scored per warehouse so you can compare sites.
Component Sub-Scores
The four levers that move the composite. Each one is a 0–100 score in its own right.
- Aging Score — Based on the proportion of inventory in the older age buckets (older = lower score).
- Stockout Score — Based on items with zero available inventory and items below min.
