Access this page from: Main Menu > Replenishments.
The replenishment workflow is broken down into a multi-step stepper designed for mobile devices, but will work on desktops:
1. Replenishment Queue/Dashboard: View and claim available replenishment tasks.
2. Claim & equipment: Claim a task and scan your cart or forklift.
3. Pull from source: Verify the source slot and item, then enter the quantity.
4. Move to pick slot: Verify the destination slot and confirm the move.
5. Complete: Finish the task; stock moves to the pick location.
6. Shorts: If stock is missing, mark short or zero to raise an exception.

Replenishment Steps

Detailed steps

1️⃣ Replenishment Queue

The queue shows replenishment tasks for your active warehouse, split into Active (in progress) and Pending.

What a task is: A task moves stock from a reserve/secondary slot to the picking slot that needs it; tasks are grouped into batches (default 20) by type.
Auto-generated: Tasks are created by the system when picking slots run low — you don't create them here.
Filters: Filter by zone and equipment type.
Permissions: Forklift (LTL) tasks show only if you have the forklift-operator permission. You work one task at a time.

2️⃣ Claim & Equipment

Opening a task shows a summary of the From Zones and To Zones it covers. Tap Claim, then set up equipment.

Claim: Claiming assigns the task to you.
Scan equipment: Scan a Cart (Parts) or a Forklift / pallet jack (LTL — requires the forklift-operator permission). If you already have the right equipment, tap Use Current Cart/Forklift.
Held for the session: Equipment stays assigned to you until you finish or release the task.

3️⃣ How Replenishments Are Created

You don't create replenishment tasks — the system does, and they appear in your queue.

Triggered by low stock: When a picking slot's available quantity falls below its minimum, the system generates a task to refill it from reserve stock.
Everything is pre-set: Each task already specifies the item, the source slot, the destination slot, and the quantity needed — your job is to make the move.

4️⃣ Step 1 — Pull from the Source Slot

Each task is a stepper with one step per item to move, plus a progress bar ("Replenish X of Y Complete").

Verify the source: The screen shows the source (reserve) slot and item. Scan the slot, then the item to verify you're in the right place; the system finds the available stock there for you.
Enter the quantity: Enter how many you're replenishing (it defaults to what's needed or what's available, whichever is lower) and tap Confirm. This reserves the stock for the move.
Short or none? Use Confirm Short (less than needed) or Confirm Zero (none available) — see Shorts & Exceptions.

5️⃣ Step 2 — Move to the Pick Slot

With the stock in hand, deliver it to the picking slot.

Verify the destination: The screen shows the destination (picking) slot. Scan the slot, then the item to confirm you're delivering to the right place.
Confirm the move: Tap Confirm & Next (or Confirm & Finish on the last one) to record the move. The system moves the reserved stock into the pick slot.

6️⃣ Completion

When every move in the task is done, you'll see a Replenishments Complete summary.

Summary: Shows total items replenished, total slot replenishments, how many were Successful, and how many had Exceptions.
Keep going or stop: Choose Assign me more to take another task, or Take me back to return to the queue.
Behind the scenes: Finishing moves the reserved stock from the source slot into the pick slot and records the inventory change automatically.

7️⃣ Shorts & Exceptions

If you can't move the full quantity, you record it at the quantity step.

Short or Zero: Confirm Short (less than needed) or Confirm Zero (none available) opens the exception drawer; a short still lets you deliver what you pulled, while zero cancels the task.
Reason: Choose an exception reason (configured by your warehouse). Damaged Product asks you to scan a Non-Compliance bin to move the damaged stock into.
Follow-up: Exceptions are logged for review in the Exceptions module.

8️⃣ When the Warehouse Runs Low

Replenishment moves stock you already have. When the warehouse itself is low on an item, the system raises a requisition to reorder it.

Automatic: Requisitions are created by the system, and they account for stock already on order so nothing is double-ordered.
Tracked separately: You can follow requisitions in the Requisitions area — they're not part of the replenishment task you work here.
