:lightbulb: User Insights

• Accuracy is everything: Cycle Count variance directly impacts pick accuracy. Use the report to identify zones or items with chronic discrepancies.
• Don't confuse the dashboards with the live screens: Cycle Counts and Replenishments under Operations are the work queues; these reports are for trend analysis.
• Accuracy and variance tell you about counters: Low accuracy or a high variance rate signals counter training gaps.
• Replenishment completion time predicts stockouts: If replenishments lag, primary slots run dry.
