💡 User Insights

Trace a problem upstream: A spike in receiving exceptions often correlates with a vendor's PO history — start at Receiving Productivity and click through to Purchase Orders.
Requisition first, PO second: A Pipeline backlog points to a planning issue; a PO backlog points to a vendor issue.
ASN compliance matters: Vendors that don't send ASNs slow down receiving. Use the ASNs dashboard to identify gaps.
Pair with the live Receiving queue: Reports show patterns; the queue is where you act on individual receipts.
