The Inventory reports show what you have, where it sits, and how it's moving. Four dashboards span the full inventory picture: a current snapshot, aging analysis, master catalog data, and a movement audit log.

Page Overview

• Access this section from: Main Menu > Reporting > Inventory.
• Four dashboards live in this category:
  1. Inventory Snapshot — Current available, reserved, and total quantities by item, slot, and warehouse.
  2. Inventory Aging — Age distribution of stock — identifies slow-movers and write-down candidates.
  3. Item Master & Catalog — Catalog completeness — items, categories, manufacturer coverage, attribute fill-rates.
  4. Transaction Register — Auditable register of every inventory movement (adjust, move, pick, pack, ship).

💡 User Insights

• Snapshot answers "now"; Aging answers "how long." Use both together when planning replenishments or write-downs.
• Transaction Register is your audit trail: Every adjustment and move is here. Filter by user when investigating a discrepancy.
• Catalog hygiene drives picking accuracy: Items with missing categories or manufacturer data slow down search and reporting. Item Master & Catalog surfaces gaps.
• Kit indicators matter: Filter by Kit on Item Master & Catalog to see which items are configured as kits and their components.
