:lightbulb: User Insights

Hot Shot health: Watch the Hot Shot count on Work Orders. A growing backlog means priority orders aren't moving fast enough.
Picker productivity ≠ everything: Picks per hour without accuracy is just speed. Use both metrics on Picking Performance together.
Carrier rotation: The Shipments dashboard exposes carrier-level on-time performance — useful for re-bidding contracts.
End-to-end view: A Work Order's age plus its Picking Performance row plus its Shipment status tells the full outbound story.
