:lightbulb: User Insights

• One scorecard, three decisions: Renew, renegotiate, replace. Every vendor sits in one of those buckets after you read the scorecard.
• Damage rate is a quality flag: A vendor's damage rate ties directly to your exception volume. Use both reports together.
• Lead time trend is forward-looking: A vendor whose lead time is creeping up is heading toward stockouts you'll feel in 60 days.
• Spend Top 10 = your leverage list: The top 10 vendors by spend are where you have the most negotiating leverage.
