💡 User Insights

• Pair with User Positions: That live screen shows who's signed in right now; this dashboard shows the trends.
• Heatmap reveals staffing gaps: Empty squares on the Shift Coverage Heatmap are coverage holes.
• Compare positions: Hours by Position Type shows whether labor is balanced across receiving / picking / packing — over- or under-staffing in one role bottlenecks the whole flow.
