The Warehouse Performance dashboard is the operational scorecard for each warehouse. Eleven cards combine top-line KPIs (accuracy, throughput, fulfillment) with a 12-month trend view and side-by-side warehouse comparisons.

Page Overview
- Access this page from:
Main Menu > Reporting > Overall KPIs > Warehouse Performance.
- The dashboard tracks eight headline KPIs across three views: current vs prior period (scorecard), last 12 months (trends), and warehouse comparisons (benchmarking).
- Use it to identify drift, validate process improvements, and benchmark sites against each other.
- Refreshed daily.
Filters
- Warehouse — Pick one or more warehouses. The Comparisons card overrides this when comparing across all warehouses.
- Date Range — Defaults to last completed period (typically last calendar month). Drives the current column on the scorecard.

Scorecard
The headline KPIs at-a-glance, with prior-period comparison.
- Scorecard — Current vs Prior Period — Side-by-side table of every KPI for the current period vs the previous one, with delta and direction indicator.
Headline KPIs
Eight stand-alone metric tiles you can read in any order.
- Inventory Accuracy % — Cycle-count adjusted accuracy (lower is worse).
- On-Time Shipment % — Percent of shipments dispatched by their target date.
- Receiving Throughput (units / hour) — Receiving units processed per labor hour.
