:lightbulb: User Insights

Pair with the live Exceptions queue: The queue is for action; these reports are for analysis. Use both.
Trend before triage: If a type or source spikes on the trends dashboard, jump to the live queue to see specific records.
Resolution mix tells a story: A high Disposal rate on a vendor signals quality issues; high Transfer rates suggest demand misalignment between warehouses.
Cause tracking is critical: Filter both dashboards by cause to see which root causes are recurring.
